Dangerous cargo handling process
From 2005-12-1, Norgistcis (china) Ltd is nominated as our exclusive opened window for handling dangerous cargo. To ensure you our “Fast and Safe” service of all kinds of dangerous cargo, please refer to our DG handling process as follows:
DG cargo application would be send to our Norgistcis no later than 7 working days before vessel departure.
Client shall provide following materials for DG application:
1. Shipper order
2. Packing certificate from local inspection bureau
3. Multimodal dangerous goods form (Click here to download blank sheet)
4. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

Our company shall revert with our acceptance/rejection in 2 working days. If the DG cargo are asked for a cargo stuffing survey before final acceptance, would ask client to sign the "LOI about Releasing Empty Before Shipment Is Accepted” (Click here for download the blank sheet) then our depot staff would release the empty container to client afterwards.
Client shall provide full set of DG documents no less than 2 working days before the vessel berth. Which includes:
1. Container Packing Certificate
2. Multimodal dangerous goods form
3. Declaration on Safety and Fitness of Dangerous Goods
2. Multimodal dangerous goods form
3. Declaration on Safety and Fitness of Dangerous Goods
Late or missing of above documents would lead to rejection of the dangerous cargo on board.
