D.- All cargoes in transit to a port/city in Argentina, where the BL only indicates a Chilean port as a port of discharge, without reference to a place of final delivery, meaning that the inland carriage is for the account and risk of the Consignee, the BL can not be issued with any clause like:
Carga en Transito a .....(Ciudad), Argentina. (Cargo in transit to .....(city), Argentina). Carga en Transito a Argentina. (Cargo in transit to Argentina).
Carga con destino a..(ciudad).. via puerto chileno de descarga,

For cargoes under BL indicating a Chilean port as port of discharge together with any city in Argentina as place of final delivery, the current procedure remains applicable, i.e, the name of the city in Argentina must be included in the "place of final delivery" box (INS028/2006 & INS025/2006 & INS001/2006)
