Cuba
1. Following text must be included in the body of the Bill of Lading covering cargoes destined to Cuba: "Shipper hereby certifies that none of the commodities listed on the attached Bill of Lading contains U.S. origin content that comprises more than 10 percent of the total value of commodity, as determined with reference to Section 734, Supplement No. 2 (15 C.F.R. Section 734) of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations". 2. Cuban cargoes can not be loaded on board of vessels calling USA waters. 3. Transshipments to Cuba are allowed, excepting on the United States or territory under its jurisdiction. 4. Donations to Cuba shall be approved, before loading, by the Cuban Governmental Organization, ESCO/ICAP. Therefore, following information MUST be provided in advance to Messrs. Caribeña de Fletamentos in order to obtain ESCO/ICAP's loading approval. ·Quantity ·Type of container ·Cargo description ·Shipper ·Consignee ·Freight condition (prepaid / collect) 5.
