1. Need a clean manifest transmitted 24 hours prior to the vessels arrival without errors and corrections preceding the transmission.
2. Customs will not accept letters of corrections on errors, certain changes, overages and shortages, if they are not done prior to the vessels arrival it will not be accepted.
