For the commodities listed in Appendix 2, whenever they are transshipped via Hong Kong, government license is required. In consequence, all Trades and booking agencies please follow below process when accepting these cargo.
1. Before cargo acceptance from the customers, please consult ROHK Intermodal team.
2. For each individual shipment, POL agency please submit the required cargo details to the Operations of Hong Kong agency, at least 7 working days before vessel arriving Hong Kong (unless specified below).
