Israel
1. Full name and identity number of the importer (including Phone and Fax) . For companies, V.A.T. number; for private individuals, identity card number or passport number for foreign nationals.
2. If the consignee (on B/L) is a Bank or a forwarder, then the importer must appear as "Notify Party."
3. Full name and identity number of the supplier.
4. First four digits of international customs code (Harmonized System) of goods. For shipments with more than one type of goods, codes should be given for the three main items, according to value.
5. The Harmonized number will be supplied by the Israeli Customs to the Consignee who will have to inform the same to the Shipper, so it is the Shipper's duty to make sure that he has this number.
